MATTHEW ESCOBAR

FOUNDER, SOCCER AND GOALKEEPER COACH

Born and raised in Thousand Oaks, CA, Matthew Escobar is a young aspiring soccer trainer looking to give back to his community. He has over fifteen years of soccer experience, and has been coaching for six years and counting. He's trained numerous athletes at the highest youth level - ECNL, MLS Next - and even amatuers at the collegiate and semi pro level. To reference some of his work please visit @MRE_FC on instagram!

  • Official Goalkeeper Coach for 3+ clubs

SHANE WEEKS

GOALKEEPER COACH

With over fifteen years of soccer experience, Shane Weeks has competed at some of the highest levels of soccer in Southern California. Most recently, Shane has competed at the semi-pro level as a goalkeeper in Ventura county for three years and counting, and is currently the starting goalkeeper for SDSU Aztecs men’s club soccer. Shane has organized multiple soccer camps and has worked with a number of youth athletes in his past. Shane is now passionate about working on developing the fundamentals of all youth and amateur athletes in his area.

  • Full English FC and Sporting FC (Semi Pro)

EdDIE CUEVAS

SOCCER AND GOALKEEPER COACH

Having over 15 years of playing experience, and a strong foundation in competitive college-level play in the NAIA league of Northern California, Eddie Cueva's is deeply passionate about nurturing the next generation of athletes and sharing his expertise in goalkeeping. His journey in soccer has been marked by dedication, commitment, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Following his illustrious playing career, he transitioned seamlessly into the world of coaching, with a particular focus on goalkeepers. He has worked with numerous high level goalkeepers - ECNL, Premier, High School - and continues to work with competitive athletes at camps and private trainings. He is wholeheartedly committed to the development of athletes and fostering the mental fortitude that is crucial for goalkeepers.
