Here is a summary of what types of training sessions we offer, and the discounts you can receive when purchasing lesson packages. The first session is on the house and we travel to you at no extra cost!

PRIVATE TRAINING

Single Athlete

Extremely popular amongst those who are looking to receive undivided attention and specific feedback from their coach.

  • Coaches at hand: 1

  • Time: One-hour session

Duo training session

Two Athletes

A perfect mix of development, high-quality training, and intensity that offers a unique set of advantages: partner training, competitive edge, enhanced learning. 

  • Coaches at hand: 1-2

  • Time: One Hour Session

Group training session

Three plus athletes

A great way to train and compete with teammates, friends and siblings, offering enhanced overall development. Advantages include team dynamics, peer learning, diverse skills development, and create a motivational and engaging environment.

  • Time: One Hour and a half session
